Strengthening Capacity and Evaluation of Area Sample Frames, 2024

Wednesday (12/11), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bantul Regency held Capacity Strengthening and Evaluation of Integrated Food Crop Statistics with Area Sample Frames (KSA) for Rice and Corn in 2024, in Sriharjo District, Imogiri. The evaluation was attended by BPS Bantul employees, BPS D.I Yogyakarta Production Statistics Team, Food Security and Agriculture Service, BPS Partners, as well as resource person from Millennial Farmers, Miftahul Abdurrakhman.

The presentation by Miftahul with the theme "Prosperous Farmers, Advanced Indonesia" began the evaluation delivered by Harin Ihtian, Young Expert Satistisi BPS D.I Yogyakarta. Provision of material for Implementing Corn KSA Observations using Dual Application Mode was delivered by Esthisatari Nawangsih, Young Expert Statistics of BPS Bantul.

The evaluation was also filled with ground check activities led directly by the Head of BPS Bantul, Dedi Cahyono and the Head of the Production Statistics Team, Agustina Siwi. This activity is carried out to maintain data quality and timeliness of field observations.
