Internalization of the 2024 Organizational Culture Survey Results

Internalization of Organizational Culture Survey Results (SBO) meeting on Friday (15/11) was attended by all BPS Bantul Regency employees in the meeting room.

The Central Statistics Agency conducted an Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) on 15 – 19 July 2024. This survey aims to obtain an overview regarding the implementation of AKHLAK at BPS during 2024.

Identification of strengths and weaknesses in the behavior of implementing the AKHLAK value at BPS, becomes an indicator for determining management activity programs at BPS.

The AKHLAK implementation index in BPS Bantul Regency is in the quite healthy category with 59.90% points, meaning that employees have implemented AKHLAK values in their daily work behavior well.

From the survey results, the value with the highest percentage is Competent, while the value whose implementation can still be optimized is Adaptive.
