Tuesday (3/12), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bantul Regency held a Coordination and Evaluation Meeting on Agricultural Statistics for Food Crops and Horticulture. The meeting took place at Griya Pantes, opened directly by the Head of BPS Bantul Regency, Dedi Cahyono, accompanied by the Intermediate Expert Statistician of BPS D.I Yogyakarta Province, Suparna and attended by the BPS Bantul Production Statistics Team, BPS D.I Yogyakarta Production Statistics Team, Food Security and Agriculture Service and Officers Kapanewon Data.

Head of the Food Security and Agriculture Service, Joko Waluyo as the resource person, conveyed the importance of quality data to ensure the agricultural sector moves towards more advanced and sustainable development in accordance with the vision and mission of the Bantul Regency Government. The evaluation continued with the Signing of a Joint Commitment for the Management and Utilization of Agricultural Statistics Data for Bantul Regency in 2025. The final session was filled with a joint discussion regarding Agricultural Statistics for 2024 by Ciptaning Yodya Dian Pratiwi, Young Expert Statistics of BPS D.I Yogyakarta Province.
