World Water Day 2025 is commemorated with the theme "Glacier Preservation". This commemoration is to raise global awareness about the importance of access to clean water and proper sanitation, and to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6, namely "water and sanitation for all" by 2030.

Glaciers are one of the largest sources of fresh water on earth, but global warming is causing significant melting of glaciers, potentially disrupting the availability of water for billions of people in various parts of the world.

Happy World Water Day, let's maintain the sustainability of water resources by using water wisely!
